SNV NEPAL. COST-BENEFIT ANALYSIS OF PRODUCING GREEN TEA LEAF FOR ORTHODOX TEA
The objective of this assignment was to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of green tea leaves produced through organic and conventional cropping regimes by smallholder farmers in the districts of Ilam and Dhankuta. The assignment involved the development of a simple template on which farmers could put in their input costs to calculate their cost of production.

SNV NEPAL. DEVELOPMENT OF AN INCLUSIVE BUSINESS PLAN FOR ORGANIC APPLES
Development of an Inclusive Business Plan for organic apples produced in the Jumla district for OWF. The work was assigned by SNV Nepal as part of their inclusive business initiatives to impact the lives of apple farmers in the Jumla district.
GTZ-PSPP. PRELIMINARY BASELINE FOR PRO-POOR SUSTAINABLE TOURISM INTERVENTIONS
Solutions Consultant was involved in providing a preliminary baseline for PPST interventions among HAN and TAAN members by GTZ in Nepal. The study incorporated value chain and supply sourcing analysis of the sector and its firms. Impact indicators were developed with the support of the GTZ Private Sector Promotion Project and SNV PPST advisors.

PARBAT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY (PCDS). BUSINESS PLAN FOR AGRO-BASED PRODUCTS
Business plan D\development for agro-based businesses to provide for sustainable revenue to run the PCDS and its community-based agriculture programs.

GTZ-PSPP. VALUE CHAIN ANALYSIS STUDIES
Solutions Consultant undertook value chain analysis study for 4 sub-sectors honey, herbs, bamboo, and tea. The study incorporated estimation of the outputs and employment and value chain analysis. Each of these sub-sectors was looked into separately to provide an overview of the value chain and employment generation in each of the sub-sectors.

GTZ-PSPP. ASSESSING COMPETITIVENESS OF SUB-SECTORS
Solutions Consultant conducted sub-sector studies for GTZ-PSPP, specifically on honey, herbs, bamboo, tea, and handicraft. The study was focused on assessing the competitiveness of each of the sub-sectors in relation to a set of pre-defined indicators.

HARRISIDDHI COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE CENTRE (HCHCC) – BUSINESS PLAN FOR INTEGRATED MILK COOPERATIVE
Development of Integrated Business Plan for the operation of Milk Cooperative to provide for revenue to cross-subsidies the activities of HCHCC. Involved planning for setting up of Dairy, integrated with a bio-gas plant and public toilet to address the need for health, sanitation, and alternative revenue generation.
