has a Master’s in Business Administration, and has been associated with the firm since early 2015. She participates in the design and implementation of research projects and studies, analysis and client support and has acted as a focal person for various market research survey projects for domestic clients. Her positive attitude towards every assignment and an ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team are an added advantage. She has been involved in the implementation of NPS surveys and Customer satisfaction survey for the past one year. She also has the ability to collect data on consumers, competitors, market place followed by consolidating the obtained information into actionable items, reports and presentation.
