has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and has been working as an admin and finance assistant at the firm for nearly two years. She provides a telephonist/ receptionist function in the firm ensuring an accurate, efficient and polite service to all users. She maintains the office inventory and liaises with suppliers regarding maintenance and supplies. She records, prints and provides details of weekly/monthly attendance of the employees to the senior admin officers and management. She responds to internal and/or external information enquiries and maintains office order and cleanliness.
