Neela Dongol

is a Management post graduate and has been working with Solutions Consultant for over a decade. At Solutions, Ms. Dongol oversees financial and administrative management functions involving financial planning, cash management, budgeting, procurement, recruitment. She is involved in the allocation, supervision and coordination of the work of junior administrative staff, providing advice, guidance and direction to ensure smooth functioning of all administrative and clerical work. Moreover, she coordinates human resource/employee relation processes and manages the staff employment procedures, including all staff record and contracts, oversees recruitment, appointments and administrative formalities concerning local general service staff and supports the recruitment process of internal staff. She develops, implements and maintains office policies and procedures and liaises with all office contractors and service providers and ensures the efficient running of the office including IT systems and other equipments.
