Development of social marketing strategy and behaviour change and communication strategy for the project on Capacity Building and Promotion of Household Drinking Water Treatment and Hygiene Improvement in Urban Areas of Nepal supported by UNHABITAT.

SAVE THE CHILDREN/USA. TRAINING MANUALS ON ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
SANDEEP, a project initiated by Save the Children USA for capacity building of NGOs in Nepal. The consulting activity was for development of training manuals for organisational development of NGOs, specifically Organisational Development and Resource Mobilisation.

ASIAN UNIVERSITY FOR WOMEN (AUW)/ TNS INDIA
AUW is an all women university being planned to be established in Bangladesh for the Asians. The study included over 150 in-depth interviews with embassies, public corporations, educationists, private sector employers, students and parents to assess the concept of the university among Nepalese. The study was undertaken as representative for global research company TNS (previously known as Taylor Nelson Sofres) in Nepal. The adaptation and the implementation of the survey were done along the lines of standards of TNS. TNS is one of the world’s leading market information groups. They provide market measurement, analysis and insight through their global network of operating companies in 70 countries.

DALIT EMPOWERMENT AND INTEGRATION PROJECT (DEIP) – AN ESP PROJECT. ORGANISATIONAL AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANUAL
Solutions Consultant was involved with the designing and development of the Organization and Management Manual for the implementing agency . TMS, as part of the DEIP. The work included development of structures and systems for work planning, program implementation, monitoring and control and staff management.

DALIT EMPOWERMENT AND INTEGRATION PROJECT (DEIP) – AN ESP PROJECT. MANAGEMENT AUDIT & ORGANISATIONAL ASSESSMENT
Solutions Consultant conducted management audit and organizational assessment of 6 National Dalit NGOs on behalf of DEIP. The objective of this assessment was to evaluate these 6 NGOs in order to develop suitable programs to develop and empower these organizations working with and for Dalits. The scope of work involved providing possible process improvements and systems to make these organizations more effective and efficient.

SNV NEPAL. INSTITUTIONAL ANALYSIS OF MINISTRY OF CULTURE, TOURISM AND CIVIL AVIATION (MOTCA)
As a support program of SNV/ Nepal for HMG of Nepal, carried out institutional analysis of MoTCA. The assignment involved assessment of institutional work flow processes within the ministry and subsequent design of work flow processes in association with experts from SNV/Nepal. The work also involved providing management support activities in conducting work flow process discussions and seminars with officials from the concerned Ministry.
